Refund Policy

1. Full Refund — Before Work Begins

If you cancel your order before any work has begun on your project, you are entitled to a 100% full refund. The refund will be processed through PayPal within 3–5 business days.

2. Full Refund — Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the final deliverable after all included revision rounds have been used, you may request a full refund. This request must be made within 14 days of the final delivery date. We will process the refund via PayPal within 5–7 business days.

3. Partial Refund — Work In Progress

If you cancel your order after work has begun but before the final delivery:

• If less than 50% of the work is completed: 50% refund
• If 50% or more of the work is completed: 25% refund

The exact refund amount will be communicated before the cancellation is processed.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

• The deliverable has been accepted and approved by the client
• More than 14 days have passed since final delivery
• The client fails to provide required project materials or feedback within 30 days, causing the project to stall

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us through our Contact page with the following information:

• Your name and email address used for the order
• PayPal transaction ID or invoice number
• Reason for the refund request

We will respond within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days via PayPal.

6. PayPal Buyer Protection

All transactions made through Gaurav Creations are processed via PayPal and are covered by PayPal's Buyer Protection program. This provides an additional layer of security for all purchases. If you have a dispute that cannot be resolved directly with us, you may also open a case through PayPal's Resolution Center.
