These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Gaurav Creations' website and creative services, including arts & design, music production, and video creation. By using our services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

All services are digital in nature. Deliverables are provided as digital files via email or cloud file transfer.
To order a service, submit a request through our Contact page. You will receive a detailed quote outlining the scope, deliverables, timeline, and price. Upon your approval, a PayPal invoice will be sent for secure payment.
All payments are processed through PayPal and are subject to PayPal's terms and buyer protection policies. Payment is required before work begins on your project.
Our standard pricing starts at $25 USD per piece for individual art, music, or video deliverables. Bundle packages are available at $75 USD (3 pieces) and $150 USD (7 pieces). Custom quotes are provided for larger or unique projects.
Standard delivery is 5–7 business days for individual pieces. Priority delivery (3–5 days) and rush delivery (24–48 hours) are available with higher-tier packages. Exact timelines are confirmed in your project quote.
The Starter package includes 2 rounds of revisions. Professional and Premium packages include unlimited revisions. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges, which will be communicated in advance.
Upon full payment, you receive full commercial usage rights to the delivered work. Source files are included with all packages. Gaurav Creations reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
You are responsible for providing clear project briefs, reference materials, and timely feedback. Delays in providing necessary materials or feedback may extend the delivery timeline.
You may cancel an order before work has begun for a full refund. If work has already started, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Gaurav Creations' liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
